METABOLIC TRAINING: innovative, intense and challenging full body workout, mainly with free body or with the use of small equipment, guided by music. It is structured in time intervals, using the HIIT training protocol, which alternates high-intensity moderate-vigorous phases with active recovery phases at low intensity. Objectives:
metabolism acceleration
reduction in the amount of body fat and increase in lean mass
improved blood sugar regulation and positive impact on insulin sensitivity
BALANCE & MOVEMENT: in this dynamic class, accompanied by music, breathing, muscle toning and nervous system stimulation are combined with elements of dynamic yoga. Objectives:

improvement of strength and muscle tone
MINDFULNESS: multidisciplinary path in search of your motivation for a happy life, through the power of your emotions and thoughts in the here and now. Objectives:

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: physical training to develop agility, balance and proprioception, to move in space even in the most difficult situations with the use of small or large equipment and free body. Objective:

After a few minutes, breathe slowly and open your eyes. The weight you feel will be relieved!
Exercise: taking a walk, running, swimming, cycling.. whatever activities you choose to do, sport is a panacea!
