Passing the lake with pink flamingos you will arrive inside the Villa, which will welcome you in a refined space that can make you "jump out" of reality.
It is here that you will find Il Fenicottero Rosa Gourmet restaurant, which will allow you to experience the ancestral flavors of Adriatic cuisine, while staying in Faenza.

The restaurant consists of a bar, where you can sip cocktails and aperitifs before starting your meal, and the lounge. These are found in what used to be the living room of the Bucci family, in which it used to host its friends, and their library, with libraries that still evoke passion for culture and art. The fireplace in Carrara marble, the paintings hanging on the walls and the furnishings will be the perfect setting for a private and exclusive atmosphere.

At the head of the kitchen of one of the best restaurants in Faenza, Il Fenicottero Rosa Gourmet, there will be our Executive Chef Alessandro Giraldi who will propose a well-kept menu and attentive to the origin of the products.
In fact, the raw materials that are used, such as aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables, come directly from our Kitchen Garden Park, while the fish only come from the Adriatic.

As a result, the proposals vary depending on the seasonality and availability of products, in order to always offer fresh dishes of the highest quality.

In addition to the Menu a la Carte, you can opt for one of the tasting menus, ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in this all-round sensory path. Accompany everything with one of our exclusive and prestigious labels (more than 400), especially Italian, where our sommelier will be careful to recommend the best glasses to accompany your dishes.

Executive Chef Alessandro Giraldi


Born in 1988, our Executive Chef Alessandro Giraldi attended the Hotel School of Riolo Terme and, in 2011, the Etoile Academy.

He matured his experience in the field of catering working at luxury facilities, such as Villa D'Este in Cernobbio and Trattoria del Nuovo Macello in Milan, and then moved inside the award-winning "best restaurant in the world": the prestigious Noma in Copenhagen.
This experience brings important news to Giraldi’s cuisine, such as proposing childhood's dishes combined with the ideas and inspirations that come from small things, such as perfumes or the interweaving of colors.

The Executive Chef boasts of various awards: at the "Gran Premio Internazionale della Ristorazione", in the last five years, he has received awards such as "Chef of the Year", "Table of the Year", "Gold Medal" and the most recent "The Young of the year".

OUR PHILOSOPHY


The search for a balanced taste, authenticity, respect and emphasis of the raw material are the principles on which is based one of the best restaurants in Faenza, Il Fenicottero Rosa Gourmet.
In addition, the dishes provide attention not only in flavors, but also aesthetically, making the preparations more and more unique and special.

The foods that are used in the kitchen come from our Kitchen Garden Park, cared for with so much passion and dedication, in order to offer customers products with an authentic flavor; as for fish, we always use a fresh catch from the Adriatic, so as to put in our dishes various proposals based on the catch of the day.

Il Fenicottero Rosa Gourmet is very committed to its philosophy and tries to convey it in the dishes in an increasingly creative way.
