we’ve elaborated a simpler and more understanding cancellation policy*.
If you book directly with us
Should you wish to cancel more than 48 hours before the time of your reservation,
you will be offered two possibilities:
Receive a full reimbursement of your reservation
OR
Receive the full monetary value of your stay in the form of a voucher usable in the following ways:**
Freely allocate the value of your voucher through the booking of a more convenient date and tariff, or through the use of our diverse services (Pool, Restaurant, Spa).
If you find yourself in need of cancelling within the last 47 hours until the time of your check-in, you will be presented with the two following possibilities:
Receive a reimbursement of your reservation with a 20% fee
OR
Receive the full monetary value of your stay in the form of a voucher usable in the following ways:**
Freely allocate the value of your voucher through the booking of a more convenient date and tariff, or through the use of our diverse services (Pool, Restaurant, Spa).
In case of no-show, the full monetary value of the stay will be deducted.
