The key to the success of Cinque Cucchiai Restaurant is the way Marco chooses ingredients and combines them to create tasty dishes.
Main job experiences: Long experience as a chef in the restaurants of Select Hotels, Milano Marittima. Ecouli University in Lyons, France. Aquarello Restaurant in Munich, Sambuco Restaurant in Milan, Tivoli Restaurant in Cortina d'Ampezzo.

Romano Landi

Romano LandiRomano is a lover of "traditional" cooking, but he always adds dishes his original touch. He likes genuine local staples and uses them when they are in season. His major prides are soups and stuffed pasta.
Main job experiences:"Al Genovese" Restaurant in Milan, Training period at San Domenico Restaurant in Imola, "Ecoulisse" School in Lyons, France. Long experience at Select Hotels in Milano Marittima.
