MINDFULNESS: Is a course of 'mental fitness' which we train the mind: how physical activity makes it possible to train the body, so mindful meditation (mindfulness meditation) allows you to train your mind.
What do people often think of meditation? Here are some common myths: "It 'a practice linked to certain movements such as, for example, a flower child in the' 60s"; "We need to change religion or become religious"; "Input for isolation and lack of responsibility." It is a practice of transformation. In fact, meditation in the health and well-being is not a religion and not relax relaxation: There are many ways to practice the full awareness (mindfulness) that can be seamlessly integrated into our daily lives, more and more subject to the speed of the high-tech live: fast Internet, email, SMS and mobile phones. If well-trained, full awareness can be achieved while we breathe, as we walk, as we write an e-mail, while we browse the Web, and when we participate in a meeting. These are just some examples of the main activities in which we can expand this practice and reap great benefit.

The regular practice of mindfulness is based on the following three pillars:
  • Mindful Breathing - really understands every aspect of our lives.
  • Mindful Moving - physical activity is one of the best ways to practice mindfulness.
  • Mindful Eating - pay attention not only to what and how much, but how you eat.


Consistently this plan is for daily practice of mindfulness, MINDFULNESS the course is built on three key components:
  • ltraining of mindful meditation, practiced in a magnificent park with secular plants, in order to combine the benefits of mindfulness arising from being surrounded by nature.
  • a program of specific exercises: since our body is designed to move, the program is designed so that the regular movement becomes part of our healthy lifestyle.
  • The attention on how we eat, through the practice of mindful eating.
  • 'mindful eating', which can be decisive for managing of your weight.


The sessions are held on Sunday mornings from 08.30 to 10.30am, at the Cottage in the secular park of Villa Sirene.
The activities have a closed number
The suitable recommended clothing should be casual and comfortable and with an empty stomach-fasting.
